Post Malone's highly anticipated tour down under has been put on hold, along with his planned appearance at the 2026 Strummingbird festival. Initially set for October, the tour would have featured shows in Melbourne, Brisbane, and Sydney, but now fans are left in the lurch.

In his absence, Strummingbird organizers have tapped fellow US artists Tyler Childers and Sam Barber to fill the gap, alongside Australian singer-songwriter James Johnston. While Childers and Barber have their own dedicated followings, it's hard to ignore the void left by Malone's absence, given his status as one of the defining artists of his generation.

Malone's last visit was in 2023, where he sold out arenas and rocked festivals like Spilt Milk.
