Hastings Pride has reached a decade. The free festival on the town seafront marked ten years of the community event organised by Hastings Pride CIC.

Headliners included Honeyz, the 1990s British girl group, and drag performer Drag With No Name. Acts performed as part of a programme aimed at being open and accessible to the town.

Natasha Scott, director of Hastings Pride CIC, framed the anniversary as a significant milestone for the organisation. The festival remains run by volunteers and local organisers.

Ten years of Pride on the coast is quietly impressive. Free entry keeps the weekend open to families, young people and anyone who might not otherwise get through the gate.

This anniversary is short and sharp. It’s about joy, visibility and keeping community spaces alive. Hastings Pride marked the moment with music and drag, and a reminder that local Pride still matters.
